The Bridge in the Sky

Omar loved architecture, but nothing amazed him more than One Za’abeel, especially The Link, the world’s longest skybridge. As they walked across the glass-floored bridge, floating between the twin towers, Omar’s eyes lit up.

“Look at that,” Omar whispered, peering down at the city glittering below. “They say this bridge was built to connect dreams between people, cities, and the sky. Now I can see why.”

His mother, walking beside him, said, “It’s more than just steel and glass,” she said softly. “See how people from everywhere come together here? Different stories, different paths, yet for a moment, all of them meet above the city. That’s the magic of a bridge like this, it doesn’t just connect towers, it connects lives.”

Omar looked around again, noticing families, tourists, and even couples pausing to take in the golden hour. For him, that moment was more than just the view; it was a reflection of the world where connections floated above the ground, waiting for anyone brave enough to walk across.
